Heather Lindfield,
Senior Class Teacher
Hi I would like to introduce myself.
I am Heather and the proud mum of three precious adult children. I am also a huge animal lover and share my home with two dogs, two rabbits and a gorgeous fluffy cat.
I live in Whanganui and have been in this part of New Zealand for two years, after moving from Auckland at the end of 2018.
I originate from Merseyside in the UK and have been in New Zealand for twenty years.
I have sixteen years of teaching under my belt and also a background in student counselling and nursing. I love to be creative and enjoy teaching writing and art. I am looking forward to working alongside your children and watching them blossom.
Blessings
Heather
Anne Sanson,
Junior Class Teacher
Hello. My name is Anne Sanson.
I was born in Waitara, Taranaki and came to the Manawatu in 1990 to train as a teacher.
In 1995 I married Colin Sanson, who worked at that time at PEC here in Marton. In 2012 Colin passed away.
I have two children; Evangeline (known as Evie) who is 19 and a Massey University student. Michael is 16 and is in Year 12 at Feilding High school.
I live in Fielding with my second husband Lyndon Ingram and his son Christopher who is 17 years old and in Year 13 at Feilding High School.
While I initially trained as a Primary school teacher, I re-trained as an Early Childhood Educator when my children were pre-schoolers. I have worked in two private Early Childhood centres. I have taught at a variety of schools in Feilding and Palmerston North. Most recently I have been New Entrant Teacher and then Year 3 teacher at
St Joseph’s School in Feilding.
I have been an active member of Feilding Baptist Church for the last 23 years. This year I am teaching Sunday school at Feilding Baptist.
I am also an active member of the Feilding
St Vincent de Paul Society. I like gardening, knitting and reading. I especially like creating art works with wool in many different ways.
I am looking forward to working with all the children and families at St Matthews school.
